valentines.

 valentines party 2013.

we decided to decorate bags,because i felt like anything else 

would have been too crazy with the amount of kids i have.

they turned out pretty cute though.

 haha and i did a valentine i have already done with my preschoolers.

shhh.

but my kids do know i love owls so it's even better.

 my cutest husband had flowers delivered.

and i made the office lady think i was a freak.

haha they came in a box and i was just so busy,

when she brought them in and told me something had come for me i asked who from?

she looked at me and said well probably your husband.

(i didn't relize they were flowers.)

and of coarse they were from my favorite husband!

 haha anyways we did valentine centers.

 and played some games.

 attempted a class picture.

i'm just thinking i need a cuter place to take a photo perhaps.

maybe more planned out and not hurried.

 then my afternoon class.

same thing haha.

 oh also we made cookies.

and passed out valentines.

clearly.

 good sweater vest eh.

 haha also me and serra matched.

we thought we were cute.

 also i like this one most.

except one child is moving.

 well i got spoiled.

 valentines parties were a success.

 oh and i thought this was the cutest.

then i decorated our door for drew.

with conversations hearts.

we went to dinner and a movie.

it was a really fun night.

failed at pictures.

but that's okay i still have the memories :)

boarding.

 so drew's school gives us lots of free things.

on saturday we got to go snowboarding.

now rachel has never been snowboarding in her life.

and yes i grew up in utah haha.

anyways i am also kind of a chicken.

but it was fun.

a little crazy but fun.

it was so pretty up sundance.

and almost snowed the whole day.

 i love my husband.

he teaches me lots.

 he is also the cutest.

 we had a good day.

100.

 yay we hit 100 days of kindergarten.

here is a little of what we did.

made 100 charts out of candy.

 talked about 100 things we could eat/ not eat.

 talked about how we would look when we were 100.

and had little certificates stating we were 100 days smarter.

of coarse with little owls.

 this child might become a cat lady?

haha kidding but we do know how to spell cat.

and might like the furry creatures.

 also got really cool stickers.

okay this child though the other day, cutest.

the other day after booking it almost all the way to his car.

runs back to me and gives me the biggest hug.

can i just say made my day.

 so all of us mccartys live in provo.

that is drew and his brothers/ our families.

it's fun because sometimes we can utilize our pass of all passes.

haha so we went to trafalga.

i am not really sure how to spell that.

can i just say.

you can grow up in the same house, with the same parents.

and so not be the same.

haha so on christmas eve my mom gave us shirts and we took a picture.

missing one brother and his girl friend.

but seriously look at us.

there is me and drew.

nate, mike and danny.

were just all so different.

we have different interests.

different hair for example haha.

in many ways we are all the same goofy siblings.

anyways i love my family.

and also don't you think with growing up with so many boys.

i deserve a girl, haha drew dubbed our first born a boy,

that's okay though i kinda like them!

christmas.

 the holiday's are always alot of fun.

and very busy.

there are many people to see!

this year first we went to calley's to celebrate with drew's mom.

 drew and carter.

also i did not take nearly as many pictures this year.

 me and chelsie with our matching haired dolls hahaha.

 we made cute little mangers.

it was a wonderful night.

 our second married christmas.

this year in our little home :)

 it's fun to have christmas with your husband.

i still wake up at the crack of dawn however.

just too excited.

 this year we decided to get a big present being our t.v.

among other things.

to say the least we are blessed.

 next we headed to my parents.

where we were again spoiled. 

and got to spend lots of fun times together.

 and then the next day we headed to kaysville.

again i failed at pictures.
but i got a few.

  little miss brindley is growing up.

 lots of family.

we sure like em :)

so remember how i fell off the planet. 

well not really but the whole two people who read my blog may notice :]

life has just happened and there is no real reason i haven't blogged in forever.

but i miss it.

so ill share my thoughts.

because i always have lots of those. 

oh and i wanted to show you this song. 

because i can't get it out of my head.

seriously i practically sang it to my kindergartners today.

HOME

it's just pretty and comforting. 

anyways, life is good.

sometimes i feel like i am just going from day to day and waiting for the next step.

but then i have to realize i am living my life and i am happy.

i couldn't be more blessed.

 i have the best husband, who loves me, comforts me, and is silly with me all the time.

i have family, friends and the gospel.

i have a job which i love and i just don't feel like people often love their jobs.

i do, yes there are hard days and days i would rather just go home. 

but i wouldn't trade it for any other job.

something or rather someone reminds me everyday of why i love my job.

i don't think a day goes by with out a moment of pure joy from one of my little students.

children just have a light.

also i really will do some more blogging im thinking next week.

i need to upload pictures.

which is horrible because i hardly take pictures anymore.

and by that i mean i take random pictures on my cell phone all the time but as for 

my real camera, he is feeling very neglected.
new goal take more pictures and blog more.
reach 100 blog post this year?
pathetic but it hasn't happened yet looking threw past years.

speaking of, tomorrow is 100 day.

i know that's not cool to anyone but me, but im excited.

my children have been anxiously counting the days of school.

can you believe i have been teaching kindergarten for that long.

i can hardly, but at the same time i also feel like i have been doing it forever. 

haha oh and you know what is ironic i don't always read blogs when people put too many words.

and here i am with only words, this is weird for me. 

okay i have some more thoughts, sorry this is so unorganized haha.  

let me tell you what i have been doing instead of blogging.

in my free time lately i read.

i actually get to do that now and not feel like i have to do homework.

i have also been watching parenthood.

me and drew are a little obsessed. 

it's a really good show.

more or less i just get really involved in pretend peoples lives. 

but remember when nick and jess kissed in new girl.

also i am excited for valentines.

things are just fun when your five.

oh and today the bean museum came to school.

i don't love animals especially reptials.

but it was cool.

and it was one my kids birthdays which generally means cupcakes.

prolly just trying to fatten me up.

but anyways it took all the way till i got home to notice purple frosting all over me.

haha this month has lots of exciting things.

which it's also crazy because of all the planning i do i feel like the month has already happened. 

my computer is dying so i think i must go.
