this year we just had time for a quick weekend trip.

it was a blast.

the girls were very into catching fish to put in their pool they made.

 then we found out grandma had sent goggles.

 then the tubing began.

 addi fell asleep on me, a favorite past time haha.

she's just so cute and full of energy.

she clearly loved it too.

 then us ladies did some tubing.

 and wake boarding.

 drew is awesome.

 and lake powell is so pretty.

five months.

 this chunk is five months today.

i can hardly believe it.

haha and really this picture is just making him look..

 a little chubbier then he actually is.

but he is filling out.

 getting into mischief.

haha i tried to take the regular picture on his back.

but that is no fun anymore mom.

i can roll and i love it.

i think he's the cutest.

he is becoming a little boy.

then we tried our couch picture.

but clearly that was boring haha.

some updates:

avery has started solids.

rolls/scoots.

can get up on all fours.

(generally to face plant it.)

jabbers all the time.

and the cutest thing the other day we discovered was,

he can make an indian sound.

drew put his finger up to avery's mouth to occupy him

 and he makes sounds every time now it's so funny.

 this little guy so sweet.

 

 discovering everything can go in his mouth.

the zoo.

 so the other day we went to the zoo.

i love the zoo.

and i know avery's little but im glad we got to go.

 cute daddy teaching.
